quotebackground1Austin Biel is a Husband, Father of 3, contender for the creative renaissance, worship artist, multi-instrumentalist, speaker/teacher, mentor, and record producer, based in the Austin Texas area. In ministry and music since 1989, Austin has traveled the world speaking at worship conferences, teaching at worship schools, and preaching the message of creativity in the Holy Spirit in churches and prayer rooms. His service to other ministries include 10-years traveling with Benny Hinn Ministries, staff positions at Lakewood Church, Second Baptist Church Houston and consulting/serving with many other churches & Christian universities across denominations.

As a professional musician, he has also played with major jazz/pop artists like Al Jarreau, Yolanda Adams, Regina Belle, and Chris Walker, as well as numerous major gospel artists, including Ron Kenoly, Ingrid Rosario, Donnie McClurkin, Kim Clement, and others. His producer credits include over 100 projects to date and he trained young producers in the craft with MediaTech Institute for 3 years.

Pursuing the restoration of the Tabernacle of David, and a school for worship and the arts which Austin has carried a vision for over 20 years has brought him and his family to the Austin area. The focus of Catharsis Worship School is to raise up creative and spiritual artists trained to find their ultimate artistic expression in the Spirit, and host His Presence wherever they go, while the Tabernacle can be the canvas for these artists to create and develop. Currently, Austin is training people online one-on-one for mentoring & teaching classes as well as traveling to speak/teach in worship conferences, lead worship with his own band, and train worship teams. His passion is to ignite a renewal of creativity & art within the worship community, finding our ultimate expression in the Spirit; to raise up an army of prophetic intercessory warrior artists in these end times.
